Make shopping easier!

ASDA are trying to make shopping less stressful...
ASDA have started an initiative across 300 of their stores to make trips to the supermarket less stressful for autistic children.

The Happy Little Helpers shopping lists were designed to keep children with autism interested and engaged during their shopping trips.

The colourful shopping lists shows a range of shopping choices such as milk, bread and bananas that the child can tick off once they’ve been added to the trolley.

The lists can be found in their larger stores across the country! To find out if your store is part of the scheme click here
